Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are only accepted for wrong orders or hair with factory defects.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Hair must be unaltered — the lace must not be cut, and the hair must not be dyed, washed, installed, or customised in any way.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Customised or coloured hair

Hair with lace that has been cut or tampered with

Items without any factory defects

Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
Return & Exchange Process

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Once approved, items must be shipped back in their original packaging.
Refunds

Refunds are processed once the hair has been inspected and confirmed to have a defect or be a wrong order.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only if the product has a factory defect or if the wrong item was sent.

Items without defects and correctly sent cannot be exchanged.
